I offer flexible counselling suited to your needs, either via face to face, telephone or video call.
I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, addictive behaviours, domestic abuse and relationship difficulties, including the relationship we have with ourselves.
I also have a particular interest in working with bereavement, loss and chronic health conditions.
By offering you a warm, gentle, empathic safe space to explore your current life situation, it is my hope that my way of working with you will enable you to find self acceptance and gently let go of any unhelpful patterns or behaviours that you may have acquired that are no longer useful to you. Sessions are led by you, with the focus always being on what you choose to bring to each session.
COUNSELLING SESSIONS
What You Can Expect
I offer face to face, telephone, or video sessions.
I offer an initial 30 minute session at a cost of £20 for you to get an idea of how I may work with you and experience counselling with no obligation to continue, also giving you the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.
My role as your counsellor is to facilitate an environment in which you are able to make constructive changes to your life, and feel confident in finding your own solutions, I do not offer advice as I believe strongly in the clients ability to act on their own individual values .
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Cost £40 per session.
Regular reviews to reflect on progress, at times that will be beneficial to you.
Flexible time availability to accommodate out of work hours.
Adjustments can be made to sessions to suit individual needs, this can be discussed on a need by need basis.

GDPR compliant and a member of the ICO
Qualifications and experience available upon request.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require a 50% fee.
